Q: Does the show start right at 7?
A: WE DO NOT ALWAYS GET STARTED AT EXACTLY AT 7, DON’T CRY ABOUT IT, WE WILL START AS SOON AS WE CAN!
Q: Can we wear a costume into the show?
A: SURE! If your costume has a mask please do not wear it inside. We want it to be safe for everyone, and want you to leave with everything you came in with.
Our Security Team will check you if we think you are potentially dangerous! (pat down if necessary)
Q: Am I Healthy Enough to Attend?
A: If you have to ask then NO! Twisted Darkness is a high startle, high intense event featuring some strobe lights, animatronics, fog, loud noises, steps and uneven areas. Sometimes our electrical effects can affect pacemakers, other implanted medical devices, and people prone to seizures. Visitors who are pregnant or who have certain health conditions should reconsider or check with their physician before attending the event.
Q: Is my Child too young?
A: If you have to ask, then YES! We do not have an age limit, although, please use your best judgement for YOUR child! We ask, do not carry your infant through the haunt! We do not want to be responsible for you being a chicken and dropping your kid!
Q: What happens if I get touched?
A: At Twisted Darkness we have spent time with our creepers to make sure they don’t touch you. Keep in mind that you are in a haunted house, there may be tight quarters. Our creepers are there to scare the crap out of you, NOT hurt you! We do have a strict no hitting policy, understanding that is a natural reaction, please try to refrain yourself from swinging. Not to mention…we see everything!
Q: What happens when I realize that I’m a chicken and can’t make it through?
A: We will show you the chicken exit, and hope you have a good night waiting on your friends! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Q: Can we get a discount for large groups?
A:If there are 20 or more in your group, send us an email!
Q: Will you be open if it Rains?
A: Yeah, we are inside! But for you waiting, we do have a partial indoor waiting room, don’t let the rain scare you before we do!
